Piss Off Figure Cross Silver
small size : 2" x 3"
this original design comes from
a sculptural concept from my
profane series. I was trying to
design a "Pissed Off Figure"
at the time, but nothing was coming to me,
but this English exclamation of "Piss Off"
I liked it, so it became part of my collection.
I put this simple figure together as a multiple
in the form of a byzantine textural cross.
This is one of my favorite pieces, its a
beautiful design, even though it is a little edgy
as far as from a religious prospective, but
the cross predates any modern religion
that borrowed this image. We still have to except
that it does carry some current significance
to this modern era, where the dogma of this religion, and its prejudices and hate, that is attached to everything that not in accordance with its particular philosophy. So Piss Off Figure Cross is a token, statement of leave me the Fuck alone, to seek my own destiny, in a fun, entertaining, creative, and beautiful original design, that is abstract, traditional, and classic.
