The I Love You Figure
this is one of my first pieces using
the alphabet, as sculptural forms
to create a new genre of figurative art forms
done in 2005 a year after my late wife Kathy
went to the other side of life. absorbed into the ether.
This was a last tribute to her being
and my sadness, that she is not in the physical side
of life to comfort me. I guess kind of selfish in a
way. but still, as an artist creating autobiographical
works, and why we make things to share, the
universal joys and sadness of Life's journey, that
we all experience, so this sculpture marks a time
a beautiful sculpture for all to celebrate the great
occasion of Love
